so, we had our district nyi convention this afternoon.
i got elected as our new president.
its a bit scary and very exciting.
im really looking forward to working with all the council, both new and old members. they really are a bunch of champions.
for now, its exploring the possibilities of grace, together, without limit!

President of what exactly? Does it get you the right to push into line at the canteen?
no... but i can probably get someone else to do that for me...
im the district NYI president... which means i oversee the youth groups in our church in queensland (sortof). organise the camp, run events etc... i work with a council who are really good and we will basically make all our decisions together... so, im more of a faciliatator than a dictator...
