Nice....... But a load of crap.
Simply, the only rule is line of sight.. if you can see it, you can call it. If you can't see it, you can't call it.
i dunno, the whole "deed" bit has merit. Otherwise, if your having a meal at a place here you can see the car the whole time, you could call shotgun before ordering.
