So, as is becoming a habit of mine on Saturdays, I just finished making a nice lunch. Haven't eaten it yet cause the rest of my family are asleep. They need it, so its all good. Anyways, I made rice paper rolls for the first time today. Normally I cut up everything and Karz assembles them, but not today, i had a crack at it.
So I made 13 (bakers dozen) and by the time i got to number 8 or 9 they started to look half decent. So, the first 6 will be going on my plate and then maybe Karz will think i did a good job all the way thru (little home cooking tip there - give yourself the worst looking bits).
I was gonna post the recipe too, but i think thats a bit overboard, besides that, its easy as, just rolling them is thr tricky bit. So Muzz and Karz you guys did an awesome job for the engagement party the other month, i would have hacked it.
In finishing, all I can say is i have a new respect for those old vietnamese ladies who probably do about 2 a minute. Going off Mrs Nguyen!

its a real shame that some people cant help but be smutty at every oportunity. If you wanna do that go do on your own site, not mine. I was simply acknowledging the great contribution of other cultures to our own society and not painting a picture of stereotypes driven by sex obsessed minds.
