so, i dint get the job. Troy did. It came down to cultural stuff, and to be honest I imagine he would do a better job straight up than I would. So... congrats mate...
But... thats not where it ends. I was on the phone for almost an hour. Tim (the scripture union guy) told me about 3 other chaplain's jobs he thought i would be good at... and, another different job, as more of a team leader sort of role. So, i will have to think and pray about those and see what happens...
So... pretty strange. I got knocked back, but feel really good about it. Tim said that he thought I would be great, i just got beaten by the perfect candidate for that particular school. So... we'll see where it goes. I'm sure, interviews, phone calls etc, will be mentioned later.
