meltt ???

i think they are called meltt anyways.

we all met up at the tongue and groove at West End, to see Jame's band - mellt.

so most of the first set i spent catching up with amanda (which was for the best i think). Then later on i went and sat with Copland and Theresa (who are getting married on Monday), Grant and Jame's Amanda. The band was really good.

To be honest... the sax players were weak (or at least the weakest element) - not very creative, thats all. James went off, he is really playing with much more space these days (which is a good thing) - technically, he's been great for ages, and well he's definately going off in the area of working well with the rest of the band. As far as the rest of the band goes. the drummer was amazing, tight as... And the keys player, she was awesome. Very Vida Blue. I spoke to her after the set... after realising i wasnt a stalker or something (?!) i think she apreciated my comments.

anyways, i think i will try and see them again some time when they have their guitar guy with them.
